Introduction to PSA Video- Questions-Day 2 Doc typing

OBJECTIVE: Today I will create my Brief Statement about my Digital Citizenship PSA Video in google docs and then post TO google doc.

I want everyone to clearly understand WHAT, WHY and HOW they will be completing this project.  
I WANT A ROUGH DRAFT PSA BEFORE CHRISTMAS BREAK, SO YOUR PEERS CAN EVALUATE YOU DURING THE LAST 2 DAYS, YOU CAN REFLECT OVER BREAK, IMPROVE AND FINALIZE OVER CHRISTMAS.  YES, SOME OF YOU WILL FINISH COMPLETELY BECAUSE YOU CHOOSE TO GIVE A 100% THE FIRST TIME! BUT YOU WILL STILL NEED TO HAVE YOUR SURVEY, RESULTS & EVALUATION REFLECTION COMPLETE TO BE A 100% COMPLETE.

What is the problem you need to solve?  I need to solve how to create a PSA Video that clearly explains to my peers the importance of being safe when they (T1) access the internet. (T2) buy or sell online, (T3&T4 &T5) communicate on the internet, (T6&T7) use the internet 
spend too much time on the internet the health impacts {include any studies on young children using internet too many hours}(T8) & how they can safe and secure while using the internet.(T9.)  My goal is to share with my peers how to create a positive future digital footprint by making them aware of the laws and/or how to leave a positive digital footprint.  I can also show them the effects of leaving a negative footprint to prove the importance in why they should leave a positive footprint.

  • 9. List five key facts or behaviors you want to include and change to help your peers become a safe digital citizen within your digital topic. Keep in mind the digital footprints they create each time they access internet directly from a computer. You will cite them here under investigation using MLA in text citation.  Use Easy bib link to create your works cited page.

SAMPLE DESIGN:1
  • A simple iMovie that has short clip of a certain topic and then a corresponding picture with a “shocking” fact/ statistic.
  • Scene 1: Title screen with the title Digital Commerce, subtitle How to Be Safe, and By Brandon Lau and Llailyn Limas.
  • Scene 2: Llailyn buys a product online for a great price. She waits two days excitingly. When she opens the cardboard box it is fake.
  • Scene 3: # of fake products/ income made. Fake iPods.
  • Scene 4: The cops show up at Llailyn’s house and inform her what she bought was stolen and they need to take her into custody.
